This was a great place to stay, I would love to come back. The setting was great and absolutely perfect. What's more, I was next to the Belvedere castles and street tram to all parts of Vienna. The staff was excellent and very very kind. The bathroom was big and wonderful here.

The digital password doors made check-in a breeze. The friendly receptionist provided helpful tips and a map of the main attractions. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a spacious 6-person apartment. The place was extremely comfortable, with excellent kitchen facilities and a clean room. The large bathroom with a double sink was a bonus. The wifi connection was also reliable.

We had a GREAT stay in Vienna right by the center, the airport. The location of the apartment was marvellous for our needs, so close to the city centre. The property was amazing and we didn't want to leave.

The apartment was fairly clean and in convenient and ideal location really close to tram stop 71. The staff was personable and we met the host. Loved rooms, they were spotless and warm with every comfort.

This is an amazing property, fairly clean, and located short walk to the S-Bahn, Rennweg train station which is approx 20-25 minutes away, and La Scala. It has good and magnificent setting to historic central downtown area. The staff is very friendly, the room is huge. Has extremely comfy beds. There's a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators always available in kitchenette.

Quiet rooms of the apartment complete with every comfort and a full kitchen plus electrical kettle.

Pay attention to bad smell while cleaning.

great location, spacious rooms, attentive hosts

our experience at this beautiful apartment was really great. we stayed for 3 night and enjoyed our stay. it was located in a calm area so close to the city centre. everything was simply excellent.

Very near the railway station. Good facilities. Clean and quiet place for stay.

One of the stuff cannot speak English. The room we stayed has no curtain for window. Too bright. Wifi signal is really weak in the room.

It isn't convenient that you need to inform hotel of the time of your arrival in advance. And you must be on time in a hotel. And you have to inform hotel staff about any delays in your travel plan. It would be very expensive international call.

Mind-blowing location, super close to tram and train stations. Jaw-droppingly clean and comfortable room with excellent heating. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, including an electric kettle and cookware. Flat-screen TV for entertainment. Express check-in and check-out made the process quick and easy. Cots available for families with young children. Convenient luggage storage. No pets allowed, perfect for those with allergies. No smoking on site for a fresher environment. Wi-Fi connection was reliable and fast.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable, clean, and quiet room. The location was fantastic, close to public transportation and within walking distance to the major sites. The staff treated us like VIPs, providing helpful tips and a warm welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been better.
